ABOUT US

Farley & Partners is a firm with personal, partner led services aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger corporations. Prior to being incorporated in 2003, it was run by a sole partner for over five years and has now grown to five partners. 


Working in partnership with our clients is our utmost priority. We focus on communication, providing carefully tailored services and thoughtful, commercial advice and support. We believe that every client is unique and therefore needs to be tailored, special attention. 


Farley & Partners has an associate with technical skills in Private Equity and so, we can support clients across the UK, Europe, North America, the Far East, and Africa.

Our Management Team

Dr Howard Haughton:

FIMA, CTP, FAAFM, CAM, CPM, CWM, CRA

Dr. Haughton has over 20 years of business and finance management experience gained from institutions all around the world.


Dr. Haughton has extensive experience in financial risk management.  He holds a doctorate in mathematical computer science (from the University of Wolverhampton) a Masters diploma (achieved with Distinction) in financial strategy (from the University of Oxford) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Science from Teesside University.

Dr. Haughton is an Adjunct Professor of Finance and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Mathematics & Its Applications, a Certified Treasury Professional, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM).  He holds the designation of Chartered Asset Manager, Chartered Portfolio Manager, Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Risk Analyst of the AAFM.

Dr. Haughton has held senior executive positions in capital markets and risk management at institutions such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Bank as well as similar positions in local institutions.  These positions were in London, New York and Frankfurt.

Dr. Haughton has also held executive positions in institutions including one of the largest brokerage companies – Money Market Brokers, where he was Chief Risk Officer responsible for facilitating business growth for the SME sector.  He was also Head of Treasury management and Chief Risk Officer for the largest originator of loans in the Caribbean.
