ABOUT US

Farley & Partners is a firm with personal, partner led services aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger corporations. Prior to being incorporated in 2003, it was run by a sole partner for over five years and has now grown to five partners. 


Working in partnership with our clients is our utmost priority. We focus on communication, providing carefully tailored services and thoughtful, commercial advice and support. We believe that every client is unique and therefore needs to be tailored, special attention. 


Farley & Partners has an associate with technical skills in Private Equity and so, we can support clients across the UK, Europe, North America, the Far East, and Africa.

Our Management Team

N. Marong:
 
BSc, LLB, FCCA, IFA, MA (Oxon)

Mr. Marong is the group CFO, a position he has held since February 2003. He has been in the group’s management team since inception and has held various positions within the group.
 
With over fifteen years’ experience in the financial service industry, he has worked with small medium and large sized enterprise both in the UK, North America and Africa sitting on boards of many of our client companies. An experience auditor and a chartered accountant, he has worked for the top UK Accounting & Consultancy firms in different roles. He also held finance manager and financial controller roles with CB Group & MBH Capital respectively.

Mr Marong has significant experience in the areas of business facilitation covering micro, SME’s and large corporate entities and is an expert in the raising of Private Equity, Venture Capital and other forms of financing for such entities.
 
He graduated with Masters in Financial Strategy (from the University of Oxford).  He is an alumnus of Oxford University, St Hughes College Oxford. He also holds an LLB.
He is also a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, The Institute of Financial Accountants, Oxford Enterprise Africa (Oxford University) and Oxford Private Equity Network. Mr Marong is also a qualified first Aider.
