Survivors’ benefit is payable to the nominees of a deceased member and the claim must be accompanied by :
- a letter of claim by the nominee(s)
- Evidence of the death of the member – a death certificate or a document from the chief of the area where the deceased was buried.
- Photographs and birth certificates of all who have a legitimate claim on the estate of the deceased.
