Dr Howard Haughton –

Dr. Haughton has over 20 years of business and finance management experience gained from institutions all around the world.
He holds a doctorate in mathematical computer science (from the University of Wolverhampton) a Masters diploma (achieved with Distinction) in financial strategy (from the University of Oxford) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Science from Teesside University.
Dr. Haughton is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Mathematics & Its Applications, a Certified Treasury Professional, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM). He holds the designation of Chartered Asset Manager, Chartered Portfolio Manager, Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Risk Analyst of the AAFM.
Dr. Haughton has held senior executive positions in capital markets and risk management at institutions such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Bank as well as similar positions in local institutions. These positions were in London, New York and Frankfurt.
Dr. Haughton has also held executive positions in Caribbean institutions including one of the largest brokerage companies – Jamaica Money Market Brokers, where he was Chief Risk Officer responsible for facilitating business growth for the SME sector. He was also Head of Treasury management and Chief Risk Officer for the largest originator of loans in the Caribbean.

Dr Noel Watson –
PHD
Dr. Noel Watson has a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialty in International Trade and Finance. He has worked on projects in Canada, the UK, the EU and Africa. He has the competence required to play a major role in most financial and economic evaluations given his qualifications and experience in that field. His Ph.D. Thesis was an economic evaluation of Free Economic Zones which required the knowledge and use of various techniques of cost-benefit.
Dr. Watson has over 25 years of experience in the field of Consultancy and many of his assignments have involved research based evaluations of one type or another.
General Manager in charge of Research, Marketing, and Micro-finance at Workers Bank, (1993-2000). In this position as a bank executive, numerous studies were designed to analyse and assess the macro-economy, the financial sector, and the small and micro-enterprise sector. His work with the Workers Bank Micro-finance Project resulted in visits to Bolivia and Chile to observe and assess successful Micro-finance institutions in those countries.
Executive Coordinator of the UNDP Civic Dialogue Project which required him to interface with organisations and individuals from every segment of society. This required assessments of organisations to select as partners in the Civic Dialogue Project.

Ms Micoli –
Bsc, LLB, Msc
Federica Micoli heads our legal department. She has over 30 years’ experience in the industry working both in Europe and Africa. Federica also specialises in Charities. She worked with one of the most renowned names in the industry within the United Kingdom including Fortune Law. Federica has also worked for Lawyers for Human Rights in South Africa specialising in the charities sector.
Federica also served as a director for some of our client companies.
Federica graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D), International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Trieste (1987 – 1996)
She has a Master of Laws (LLM), Labor Studies from King’s College London, University of London.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Human rights.
